A structured and exciting 14/18-month program to help you achieve your life goals, with serious career prospects and earnings of up to €50,000 per year within 4 years. The program includes:
1) ON BOARDING: 1 month of paid trial period to learn about the business;
2) 6-MONTH IUNIOR AGENT PROGRAM: 6-month paid training internship with legal status, personalized and preparatory to obtaining professional qualifications with fixed legal compensation, support and ABACO SCHOOL classroom training – commission incentives;
3) JUNIOR AGENT Final certificate – Classroom sessions and internal exam;
4) SENIOR AGENT PROGRAM 6/8 months Advanced training and participation in the real estate agent course and preparation for the professional qualification exam with company support from ABACO SCHOOL;
5) SENIOR SALESPERSON Final certificate – Classroom sessions and internal exam;
6) SENIOR AGENT POSITION – Professional collaboration contract as a SENIOR AGENT in one of Abaco's offices with independent VAT and INPS registration, with professional structuring support and assistance in building a personal portfolio.
7) MASTER AGENT PATH – 12 months as a Senior Agent with the goal of achieving results – subsequent opportunity to acquire company roles and participate in the opening of new agencies.
